Pan Au Chocolat to Crepes

I began a wonderful Paris morning with fresh made pan au chocolat, cafe au latte, and a fresh fruit salad - great energy food for a long day of site seeing. Again, what I'm noticing about French food is the simple elegance and the saturation of the flavors.  Later in the day, I stopped at a food truck at the foot of the Eiffel Tower and had an amazing cheese and chicken crepe made right in front of me (see the video later on this site).  For only 4 Euros, it was an excellent lunch with strong flavor that was satisfying as I took a boat tour of the Seine River.  After a great chicken dinner, I treated myself to freshly made gelato with a macaroon.  Tasty chocolate and coffee flavors!  I can't wait to experience more food!
